The Luzerne County Retirement System is planning to place part of its portfolio with Term Asset-Backed Loan Facility (TALF) managers, IM Weekly reports. It will invest $10 million in the strategy to be divided equally among managers - Ryan Labs Asset Management and Boyd Watterson Asset Management.

The investments would be funded from the system’s equity and fixed-income portfolios. Ryan Lab also manages a bond portfolio for Luzerne system.
