Anheuser-Busch InBev is planning to sell four plants to U.S. plastic and metal packaging products maker, Ball Corporation, for $577 million, The Wall Street Journal reports. The world’s largest brewer is selling three beverage-can manufacturing plants and a metal-lid plant to Ball Corp.
