CME Group is planning to increase the minimum tick size for 30-year U.S. Treasury Bond futures, CME Group reports. The tick size will be increased to 1/32nd from the current 1/2 of 1/32nd, starting August 30.
The change will be applied to all expiration months. The minimum trading increments for futures intermonth and inter commodity spreads as well as options will not be affected.
