• How do I change the delivery address of my subscription?

  A: It is against copyright laws to photocopy any content of any publication. We urge subscribers interested in select content to either purchase back issues or if the quantity is high enough, actual Reprints.
  
  
• How do I get a reprint of an article?
  For bulk quantites of printed reprints, contact Dewey Palmieri at 212-224-3675 or dpalmieri@iijournals.com.
  
  
• What is pay per view?
  If you are a subscriber, you have access to the articles from the last two years of issues.
  
  • If you are a subscriber and would like an article that is over two years old, you can access the article after you purchase it.
    
  • Just click on the Buy Now button.
    
    
  If you are a Premium Subscriber, you have access to the entire Archive of that Journals articles.

• Will my credit card information be stored by you?
  A: We do not store complete credit card information online. We only store the last 5 digits of your account.
